As a Servicing Metering Engineer, you will be responsible for the on-site servicing, calibration, and technical support of flowmeter systems on Indian market as well as Asia and Africa (if required). You will act as a key point of contact for our customers, ensuring high standards of performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive engineer with a problem-solving mindset, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel and learn.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for flowmeter servicing, calibration, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct on-site inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs of ultrasonic and other flowmeter types.
  • Perform flowmeter calibration activities, both in-field and in coordination with third-party calibration labs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of service visits, calibration reports, and customer interactions.
  • Provide technical support to sales, production, and project teams during reviews and commissioning phases.
  • Support training and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams through presentations, documentation, and demonstrations.
  • Occasionally assist in offshore or international deployments as required.


Requirements
  • Solid understanding of flow metering principles, particularly ultrasonic flowmeters (USMs).
  • Hands-on attitude and ability to work independently in technical field environments.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making confidence.
  • Good understanding of instrumentation, electronics, and control systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across India and occasionally to Asia and Africa.
  • Engineering or Instrumentation qualification (diploma or degree level).​
