Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to drive the successful execution of our smart metering and grid modernization projects as an Onsite Project Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent coordination skills, be able to work effectively with various stakeholders, and have a strong understanding of project management principles.

  • Coordinate daily activities with utilities, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from proof of concept (POC) and meter testing to site acceptance testing (SAT) and deployment of meters/gateways.
  • Evaluate and recommend spare parts availability and resource planning for multiple projects.
  • Maintain accurate project progress tracking, SLAs, and escalations, providing timely updates to management.

A Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics engineering is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, Field Services, or Customer Support in the energy sector is required. Proficiency in HES (Head End System) and MDM (Meter Data Management) platforms is a plus.
