Role & responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
This involves partnering with sales leadership to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, interviewing, hiring), and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Performance Management:
Oversee performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
- Employee Engagement:
They drive initiatives to boost employee morale, motivation, and retention within the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- HR Strategy & Policy:
HR professionals develop and implement HR policies and strategies that support objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Training & Development:
They identify training needs, develop and implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge, and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Employee Relations:
HR professionals provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Compliance:
They stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations, ensuring HR practices are compliant and minimizing legal risks.
- HR Operations:
They oversee various HR functions related to the sales team, such as payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
- Analytics & Reporting:
They analyze HR data and metrics related to the sales team, providing insights and recommendations to sales leadership.
