Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist in posting job openings on various job portals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with department heads.
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Manage new employee onboarding process including induction and documentation. Employee Records & HR Operations:
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update the HRMS system regularly.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and ensure timely updates.
  • Coordinate with accounts/finance for payroll processing inputs.
  • Support in performance appraisal documentation. Compliance & Policies:
  • Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and being followed.
  • Maintain statutory records such as PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.
  • Assist in audits and compliance reporting.

Employee Engagement:

  • Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
  • Handle employee queries and grievances professionally.
  • Support in maintaining a positive work culture.

Reporting:

  • Prepare periodic reports on HR metrics (recruitment, turnover, leave, etc.).
  • Maintain HR dashboards for internal review.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
