Job Description

*Role Overview:

We are hiring an HR Executive who will be responsible for handling *recruitment, payroll, and compliance* activities to support smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)

* Process monthly payroll and handle salary disbursements, reimbursements, PF/ESI

* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and maintain employee records

* Support in drafting HR policies, contracts, and documentation

* Address employee queries related to payroll, leaves, and benefits

Requirements:

* Graduate in HR/Management or related field

* 2+ years of HR experience with exposure to recruitment, payroll, and compliance

* Knowledge of PF, ESI, and statutory HR compliance

* Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)

* Proficiency in MS Office and HRsoftware/tools
