About the Role:-

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated HR Executive with proven experience in Zoho Payroll and Zoho People. The ideal candidate will manage payroll, maintain employee data, handle HR operations, and support day-to-day HR activities to ensure smooth functioning within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Manage payroll processing through Zoho Payroll.
  • Maintain and update employee records in Zoho People.
  • Support daily HR operations, including attendance, leave management, and compliance.
  • Assist in employee engagement and onboarding activities.
  • Handle queries related to payroll, HRMS, and employee benefits.
  • Ensure accuracy in payroll, statutory compliance, and HR reporting.

Required Skills & Competencies:-

  • Hands-on experience with Zoho Payroll and Zoho People (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and payroll management.
  • Good understanding of statutory compliances related to payroll.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions.

Qualifications & Experience:-

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations.
  • Prior experience in payroll processing, employee data management, and HRMS tools preferred.
