We are a growing organization looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
- Support in payroll preparation and statutory compliance.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Handle employee grievances, queries, and support employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and appraisal processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations/recruitment (Fresher with internship experience can also apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹150, ₹300,000.00 per month
