Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in posting job openings on various job portals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
- Manage new employee onboarding process including induction and documentation. Employee Records & HR Operations:
- Maintain accurate employee records and update the HRMS system regularly.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and ensure timely updates.
- Coordinate with accounts/finance for payroll processing inputs.
- Support in performance appraisal documentation. Compliance & Policies:
- Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and being followed.
- Maintain statutory records such as PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.
- Assist in audits and compliance reporting.
Employee Engagement:
- Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
- Handle employee queries and grievances professionally.
- Support in maintaining a positive work culture.
Reporting:
- Prepare periodic reports on HR metrics (recruitment, turnover, leave, etc.).
- Maintain HR dashboards for internal review.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
