Role & responsibilities:
This role will play a pivotal role in driving top-of-funnel growth through inbound and outbound lead generation, digital prospecting, and funnel performance optimization. This role will manage all digital sales channels, leveraging performance marketing and automation tools to generate, qualify, and convert leads to revenue. The individual will collaborate cross-functionally with the sales team to ensure consistent pipeline quality, hygiene, and impact on commercial outcomes.
JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and drive inbound digital channels including website, events, and performance marketing
- Execute outbound prospecting using relevant tools and targeted databases
- Qualify initial interest and readiness of leads before handing over to sales teams via CRM tool
- Ensure seamless handover of marketing-generated leads to sales with complete context and clean data capture
- Regularly track and update lead lifecycle stages including rejections, future prospects, and sales activity
- Collaborate closely with Sales teams to align on lead assignments, conversion metrics, and feedback loops
- Monitor and improve funnel performance using data-driven insights and KPIs
- Maintain CRM hygiene and tracking rigor to ensure accurate reporting and pipeline visibility
- Optimize cost-per-lead and lead-to-opportunity conversion through testing and performance marketing levers
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Hands-on experience in performance marketing execution (Google, Meta, LinkedIn Ads)
- Strong grasp of lead generation strategy, automation, and digital prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce) with a focus on data hygiene and lead tracking
- Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and improve funnel performance
- Strong written communication for outbound messaging and campaign management
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across sales and marketing functions
- Understanding of logistics industry buyer personas is preferred
Educational Qualifications:
MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Relevant Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in digital sales, growth marketing (agency background preferred)
- Proven experience managing inbound and outbound sales funnels
- Prior exposure to logistics, SaaS, or B2B sales preferred
