Work Days - 6 Days from office

Role & responsibilities

  • Handling patient questions on call, online inquiries, and Live Chat.
  • Coordinating with Doctors Coordinators and Hospital Unit.
  • Handling specific softwares i.e. HIS, E-Clinic, CRM etc.
  • Maintaining Patient database on CRM.
  • Meeting monthly, quarterly and Annual sales target.
  • Excellent Patient/Customer service and sales skill.
  • Proficiency in CRM and Sales software.
  • Strong communication skills- including both verbal and written.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and nurture strong client relationships. Proven experience in consultative selling is a plus.
  • Comfortable using various digital tools and platforms. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
  • Proficient in analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
