Job brief :

  1. We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Sales Representative to contribute to generating revenue for our Portal Sales channel.
  2. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
  3. An effective Digital Sales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.
  4. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
  5. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Responsibilities :


• Acquire and onboard builders & property owners, pitching relevant products and solutions.


• Achieve sales and revenue targets through upselling and cross-selling.


• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.


• Resolve client queries and ensure smooth property listing activation.


• Track sales pipeline, update CRM, and share regular performance reports.


• Go the "extra mile" to meet revenue targets and facilitate future sales


• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements and skills


• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role


• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone


• Good knowledge of relevant programs (e.g. Dialler / Salesforce CRM software) and telephone systems


• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects


• Excellent knowledge of English and any other regional language other than Hindi


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection


• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints


• Graduation is must
