We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management (preferably in IT/Telematics/Digital solutions).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Note : Candidates from CPASS industry will be preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹45,000.00 per month
