Job Title: HR Head – Forging & Machining Industry

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Head to lead the Human Resources function in our forging and machining manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in driving HR initiatives, ensuring compliance, and fostering a performance-driven and employee-centric work culture. This position requires strong experience in industrial HR practices, labor relations, and people management within the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire HR and administration function across all departments.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and procedures aligned with company goals and statutory requirements.
  • Manage recruitment, training & development, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
  • Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act, etc.).
  • Handle industrial relations, grievance management, and maintain harmonious relations with workmen and unions.
  • Conduct disciplinary procedures, domestic inquiries, and labor law compliance audits.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering heads to plan workforce requirements and skill development initiatives.
  • Implement health, safety, and welfare programs in coordination with HSE teams.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability at all levels.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10–18 years of HR experience, preferably in the forging, machining, or heavy engineering industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and statutory compliances.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage large teams and drive organizational chan

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100, ₹150,000.00 per year
