Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring smooth coordination of shoots, schedules, and resources
  • Manage client bookings, shoot timelines, and delivery schedules
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, stylists, editors, and support staff
  • Oversee equipment maintenance, studio setup, and inventory control
  • Coordinate with clients on shoot requirements, briefs, and approvals
  • Ensure efficient workflow from pre-production through post-production
  • Maintain quality control and timely project delivery
  • Optimize operational systems, tools, and processes
  • Handle administrative duties such as invoicing, budgeting, and vendor management

Requirements

  • Must have proven work experience in a product photography and videography studio
  • Deep understanding of product shoot workflows, lighting setups, and studio operations
  • Strong project and team management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and client service abilities
  • Familiarity with production tools, scheduling software, and cloud-based storage (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox)
  • Knowledge of e-commerce requirements and file delivery standards is a plus
