Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic
Business Development Executive
to join our team in
Pune
for a
Dubai-based Real Estate Company
. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the real estate industry, and a strong understanding of market trends. This role requires a
valid passport
and a
willingness to travel internationally
based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Generate leads and follow up with prospective buyers and investors.
  • Promote and present
    Dubai
    real estate properties to Indian clients and investors.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Maintain and build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional activities, campaigns, and events.
  • Attend property expos, seminars, and meetings – including international travel when required.
  • Update CRM systems and prepare regular reports on business development activities.

  • Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Good knowledge of real estate practices,
    especially in the Dubai property market
    (training will be provided).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets.
  • A valid passport is mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as per business requirements.

  • Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience dealing with NRI clients or luxury real estate is an advantage.
  • Multilingual abilities (e.g., English, Hindi, Marathi, Arabic) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
