Job Description- Business Development Manager

Type- Fulltime, On-site

Industry- Market Research

Location- Hinjewadi-Phase1, Pune

(Please Note its a onsite internship, no wfh or hybrid)

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients by developing relationships with key decision-makers
  • Develop and implement a Sales Plan to meet company sales targets and profitability goals
  • Lead by example and uphold high standards of sales administration, ensuring CRM systems are consistently and accurately updated
  • Provide timely updates and performance feedback to the Director - Business Development
  • Support team members with transactions and account management when needed
  • Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas
  • Work from office as required (not a remote role)
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect company data
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful integration with operations
  • Contribute to organizational growth by taking ownership, exploring new opportunities, and adding value wherever possible

Basic Qualification:

  • Minimum
    5+ years
    of international business development experience in the
    Market Research Industry
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Proven track record of
    exceeding sales targets
  • High self-motivation, customer empathy, and strong professional ethics
  • Strong understanding of
    sales methodologies and performance metrics
  • Ability to identify and close solid business opportunities
  • Experience in managing all aspects of the sales process
  • Excellent
    time management
    and multitasking skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a
    fast-paced, unstructured start-up environment
  • Strong
    communication, negotiation, presentation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain long-term client relationships
