Role Overview:

We're looking for a B2B Manager to drive growth in BatteryPool's Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) business. You'll lead partnerships and account management with logistics operators, delivery aggregators, and EV fleet owners—helping them adopt BatteryPool's battery-rental and charging solutions at scale. This is a mid-level role for someone who understands fleet operations and can own both revenue and relationship outcomes end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pitch, and close new fleet and logistics clients for BatteryPool's BaaS and battery-rental products.
  • Manage existing key accounts to ensure uptime, satisfaction, and renewals.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers across fleet, operations, and finance teams.
  • Collaborate with internal ops, tech, and hardware teams for seamless rollout and service delivery.
  • Track and analyze key account metrics — utilization, collections, renewals, and performance.
  • Represent BatteryPool in client reviews, partner meetings, and industry events.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience
    in B2B sales or account management, ideally selling to
    fleet operators, logistics companies, or mobility clients.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue and manage client relationships independently.
  • Experience in the EV or clean-mobility sector
    is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with hands-on execution.
