Position Summary:

The Staffing Resource Specialist is responsible for identifying, allocating, and managing talent to meet US client project needs. This role requires strong coordination skills, a deep understanding of workforce planning, and the ability to match the right talent with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the assignment and deployment of internal or contract resources to client projects or open positions.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to identify current and future resource requirements.
  • Maintain a real-time view of resource availability, skills inventory, and allocation status.
  • Develop staffing plans and proactively address resource gaps or surpluses.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding logistics for consultants and contractors.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on resource utilization, open roles, and fulfillment status.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in staffing, resource management, or workforce planning (IT staffing experience preferred).
  • Understanding of employment types (W2, C2C, 1099, T4, etc.).
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones and support global staffing needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
