We are rapidly expanding into international markets, including the USA, Canada, and UK. To support this growth, we are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead our global people strategy.

Role Overview

As the Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for shaping and executing HR strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent across multiple geographies. You will lead all HR functions including recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management. This is a leadership role reporting directly to the CEO.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company vision and global expansion goals.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team on people, culture, and organizational development.
  • Drive cultural initiatives that foster innovation, collaboration, and high performance.

Talent Acquisition & Development

  • Oversee recruitment across India, USA, Canada, and UK markets.
  • Build scalable hiring practices to support aggressive growth in IT, sales, and delivery teams.
  • Implement onboarding, training, and leadership development programs.

Performance & Culture

  • Design and manage performance management systems, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to build a high-retention, inclusive culture.
  • Promote values of transparency, ownership, and continuous learning.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure HR policies are legally compliant across international locations.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and systems (HRMS/HRIS).
  • Handle conflict resolution, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions with fairness.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Benchmark salary structures, develop incentive plans, and manage compensation reviews.
  • Administer benefits programs across regions and recommend improvements.

Key Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Prior experience in an IT services, tech, or digital consulting environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions: recruitment, compliance, engagement, L&D, performance.
  • Familiarity with global HR practices and remote team management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
