  • Job Description:

Are you passionate about Human Resources and People Management? Join us as an HR Intern and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. What you'll do:

  • Assist in recruitment processes – sourcing resumes, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate and support employee onboarding – documentation, induction, and orientation sessions.
  • Maintain & organize employee records/databases in Excel/Google Sheets with proper tracking.
  • Draft and send HR communications (emails, notices, offer letters, etc.)
  • Communicate politely and confidently with candidates and employees; handle queries promptly.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR data.
