Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Training Specialist to deliver high-impact training for our growing US IT Bench Sales Recruiter team. You will play a key role in upskilling new and existing team members in recruitment strategy, communication, and tools aligned with the US IT staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver structured training modules on:

US IT Bench Sales process

Recruitment communication and negotiation skills

Technical terminology and visa knowledge (H1B, GC, OPT, etc.)

Recruitment CRM/ATS tools and platforms

Conduct live training sessions (Zoom/Google Meet) and follow-up workshops.

Assess trainee performance through quizzes, mock calls, role-plays, and feedback.

Track training effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Collaborate closely with the Interview and Onboarding teams to ensure a seamless IOT framework.

Maintain a repository of updated training material, videos, SOPs, and FAQs.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in training roles within the staffing/recruitment domain.

Strong command of US IT staffing industry concepts and practices.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience delivering training sessions virtually.

Ability to analyze skill gaps and tailor training accordingly.

Knowledge of tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, MS Office, and ATS platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200, ₹400,000.00 per year
