Freelance IT and Healthcare Staffing Recruiter

We have created a new Staffing Division called B2BStaffingNOW. B2BStaffingNOW specializes in staffing all Technology and Healthcare labor categories. We are seeking an experienced recruiter with very good English grammar.

**Responsibilities**:

- Adopt best practices for hiring, interviewing, and salary negotiations
- Manage interview process from initial interview through offer stage
- Leverage resources including online job boards, networking, referrals, and community involvement to identify potential talent
- Source, screen, and identify qualified talent for both contract and permanent roles
- Collaboratively identify matches between talent desires and client needs
- Serve as a talent advocate and resource throughout the job search process and beyond
- Conduct research on prospects, negotiate terms, and place talent at client companies

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but experience will be strongly considered
- 6 months or more in a role related to Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Consultative Sales required
- **REQUIRED**: Must have your own access to job boards such as Monster, Indeed, and Careerbuilder.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office required
