Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Pune. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing leads, and developing new client relationships. They will handle account management, maintain effective communication with clients, and work towards achieving business growth targets.

Description:

  1. Drive business growth through client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue expansion.
  2. Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies tailored to the construction industry.
  3. Lead market research, analyze industry trends, and identify untapped growth opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, design, and technology) to align growth strategies.
  5. Establish and monitor key performance metrics to ensure scalability and profitability.
  6. Manage the sales pipeline & Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
  7. Sourcing new sales opportunities and Lead Conversion
  8. Build relationships with prospective clients & maintain consistent contact with existing clients
  9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  10. Embrace a hands-on approach, willing to dive into any task to ensure success.

Qualifications

  • Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong abilities in Business and Account Management
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Proven experience in achieving business growth targets
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in an on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the construction or tech industry is a plus
