  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
  • Create job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms.
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in salary negotiations and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain recruitment records and reports.
  • Work closely with HR to support employer branding initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in recruitment for various sectors such as IT, sales, or manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Good negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
