About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Recruiter to manage end-to-end talent acquisition for our organization. This role will involve sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and coordinating manpower requirements with department heads. Experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through multiple channels (agencies, portals, references).
* Interview Coordination: Conduct telephonic interviews, schedule next rounds, and finalize selections.
* Documentation: Release offer and appointment letters, maintain candidate records (soft and hard copy), and prepare joining reports.
* Onboarding: Coordinate with Unit Incharge and HR team for smooth onboarding and induction of new hires.
* Support & Reporting: Prepare recruitment charts, maintain daily records, and report recruitment status and challenges to HR Head.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in recruitment (experience in construction industry is a plus).
* Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment cycle, and manpower planning.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple roles effectively.
* Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
* Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
