Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with 8–10 years of proven expertise in managing end-to-end HR functions. The role involves strategic HR planning, employee relations, talent management, compliance, and driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding for mid-to-senior level roles.

Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Manage payroll, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.), and employee documentation.

Handle complex employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary cases.

Drive performance management systems and succession planning.

Develop and execute employee training, leadership development, and engagement programs.

Partner with management to design workforce strategies, talent pipelines, and organizational structures.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain audit-ready HR processes.

Lead HRMS/HR technology adoption and process automation.

Qualifications

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.

8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.

Proven experience in strategic HR planning and people management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
