
HR Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and aligning with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further evaluation.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Build a strong employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during hiring.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or consultancy).
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and MS Office.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in bulk hiring / campus recruitment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
