About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads through multiple platforms and ensuring effective follow-up via calls and messages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and generate leads using various platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Email campaigns, databases, etc.).
  • Manage and respond to leads generated through Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads) and other digital channels.
  • Initiate conversations with prospective clients via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and SMS to qualify and nurture leads.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information.
  • Work closely with the sales team to convert qualified leads into opportunities.
  • Track and report lead generation performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or telecalling (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
  • Knowledge of digital platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and especially Meta Ads for lead generation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
  • Ability to confidently make calls and engage with prospective clients.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
