We're looking for a
Lead Generation Executive
to join our core sales enablement team. This is an in-house role where you'll actively work alongside the sales team to identify, connect, and qualify potential prospects across various sectors. Your work will directly fuel our sales pipeline.

What You'll Do

  • Identify potential B2B clients in tech, retail, services, and startup sectors

  • Research and collect relevant prospect data using LinkedIn, directories, databases, and lead-gen tools

  • Reach out to leads via email, LinkedIn, and occasional calls

  • Maintain and organize leads in CRM/Excel

  • Coordinate meetings between qualified leads and the sales/tech team

  • Contribute to planning and reporting of outreach efforts weekly

  • Collaborate with the sales team on strategies and target planning

What We're Looking For

  • 0–2 years of experience in B2B lead generation (freshers with strong interest may also apply)

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-motivated and eager to learn sales tools and strategies

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and email marketing tools is a plus

  • Organized, proactive, and results-driven
