Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Import Export Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for managing import and export processes, overseeing customs brokerage activities, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and facilitating the seamless flow of goods across international borders. The role also includes maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating with global suppliers and freight forwarders, and optimizing trade operations to achieve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Import, Export, and Import Export-related operations
  • Knowledge or experience in International Trade practices and regulations
  • Proven experience or understanding of Customs Brokerage processes
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple international transactions
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in maintaining documentation for compliance
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with diverse teams
  • Relevant certifications or training in international trade, logistics, or supply chain management are an advantage
  • Familiarity with sustainability-related trade practices will be considered a plus
