Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Executive with hands-on experience in Air Export / Air Import operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of documentation, coordination with airlines and customers, the ability to handle day-to-day operations smoothly, and ensure compliance with logistics and customs regulations.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Manage end-to-end Air Export / Air Import operations
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents- Coordinate with airlines, customers, and internal teams
  • Track shipments and ensure timely updates
  • Maintain compliance with customs and regulatory procedures
  • Resolve shipment issues and ensure smooth workflow

Skills Required:-

  • 3–5 years of experience in Air Export or Air Import
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of logistics documentation & customs procedures
  • Ability to handle operational challenges efficiently
  • Knowledge of any logistics software.
