We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development & Marketing Officer with a proven track record in the overseas education industry. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in student recruitment, business tie-ups, and marketing strategies for overseas education services. This role requires strong networking, communication, and promotional skills to expand our market presence and achieve enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase student enrollments and partnerships.
- Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with sub-agents, universities, and other stakeholders.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) to promote overseas education services.
- Organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
- Generate leads through various marketing channels and follow up effectively to convert into admissions.
- Collaborate with the counseling and operations teams to ensure smooth student recruitment processes.
- Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance against set targets.
- Manage promotional content for digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
- Ensure all promotional activities align with company brand standards and compliance policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development/Marketing within the overseas education industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of overseas education markets and student recruitment practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings, events, and tie-ups.

- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging marketing campaigns.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
