Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to build a strong pipeline for the sales team.
  • Conduct research to identify potential accounts and key decision-makers.
  • Set up discovery meetings and demos for Account Executives.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of prospect interactions in CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly Targets.
  • Represent the company brand in a professional and customer-centric manner.

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of experience as an SDR/BDR in the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to understand SaaS products and explain their value to prospects.
  • Self-driven, resilient, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
