Sales Development Representative

A Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers to generate new business opportunities for a company. Their main role is to manage leads through the sales pipeline, setting appointments, following up on leads, and working closely with the sales team to meet sales goals. Key duties include prospecting and researching potential clients, conducting outreach via phone, email, and social media, qualifying leads based on predefined criteria, and maintaining accurate records in CRM software. SDRs also collaborate with marketing and sales teams, attend networking events, and stay updated on market trends.
