We are seeking highly experienced and dynamic Business Development Managers with a minimum of 5 years of proven expertise in the real estate sector. The role will involve:

  • Managing sales and rental transactions for residential and commercial properties.
  • Building and leading Channel Partner networks.
  • Overseeing project mandates and internal sales team coordination.
  • Establishing partnerships with property owners and builders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate, manage, and grow Channel Partner relationships.
  • Negotiate favorable mandates with builders and property owners.
  • Allocate responsibilities among internal sales teams to ensure timely execution of sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and identify business opportunities.
  • Ensure a strong presence in the Pune real estate market through continuous outreach.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum Graduate: higher education is an added advantage
  • At least 5 years of experience in real estate sales and business development.
  • Proven expertise in handling project mandates, negotiations, and team management.
  • Familiarity with the Pune market, especially areas like PCMC, Baner, Aundh, Mamurdi.
  • Fluent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
  • Own vehicle is mandatory should be willing to travel across the city.
