Customer Success Associate / Account Manager

About the Role : We are looking for a Customer Success Associate (CSA) / Account Manager who will act as the primary point of contact for our assigned customer accounts. The role involves managing end-to-end customer relationships, addressing queries within 24 hours, and ensuring seamless service updates through calls and emails.

If you have proven experience in customer service and account management, along with excellent communication skills, we want to meet you

Experience: 1+ years

Education: Graduate

Salary: 25,000/month (CTC 3,36,000/year)

Working Days: 5

Languages: English & Hindi (Fluent)

Job Role

  • Manage assigned customer accounts end-to-end.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all customer queries.
  • Handle inbound & outbound calls; resolve issues within 24 hours.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Update customers on service activation and account information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle pressure with professionalism.
