About the Role
We are seeking a highly accomplished and dynamic
Vice President – Sales
to lead our sales function and drive revenue growth for our portfolio of AI, Machine Learning, Data, and Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in enterprise software sales, capable of building and managing high-performing teams, establishing strong client relationships, and taking our internal product offerings to new markets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to drive growth and market penetration across AI, ML, Cloud, and Data solutions.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team focused on enterprise accounts.
Own revenue targets, pipeline management, and client acquisition strategy.
Business Development & Client Engagement
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across industries.
Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives, business decision-makers, and technical stakeholders.
Present product value propositions, tailoring messaging to align with client needs and industry trends.
Product & Market Strategy
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align sales strategy with product roadmap.
Provide market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights to influence product development.
Position the company as a thought leader in AI, ML, and Cloud-based digital transformation.
Partnerships & Alliances
Establish and manage strategic partnerships with hyperscale's, technology vendors, and system integrators.
Drive joint go-to-market strategies with ecosystem partners.
Operational Excellence
Track sales metrics, performance, and forecast accuracy.
Ensure a strong pipeline through effective CRM and sales governance practices.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client forums.
Qualifications & Experience
15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise software sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of selling AI/ML, Cloud, Data, or SaaS products to Fortune 1000 / enterprise clients.
Deep understanding of the technology landscape, including AI/ML applications, Data Platforms, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), and emerging digital solutions.
Strong executive presence and ability to engage with C-level stakeholders.
Experience scaling sales organizations, building cross-functional strategies, and delivering multimillion-dollar revenue growth.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
