Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Manage HR documentation, maintain accurate employee records, update company policies, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Handle general activities such as attendance, leave tracking, and updating files.
  • Administer employee benefits programs like health insurance and leave policies.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives, such as recognition programs, team-building events, and surveys.
  • Oversee office management, including supplies, facilities, vendor coordination, ensuring smooth operations and an organized workspace.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, address employee grievances, and resolve issues to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Safeguard sensitive employee information by maintaining confidentiality and secure storage.

Skill requirement:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Organisational skills with attention to detail

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • Has an understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Demonstrate professionalism and strong ethical conduct
  • Can maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
