Internship HR Intern

Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Manage HR documentation, maintain accurate employee records, update company policies, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Handle general activities such as attendance, leave tracking, and updating files.
- Administer employee benefits programs like health insurance and leave policies.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, such as recognition programs, team-building events, and surveys.
- Oversee office management, including supplies, facilities, vendor coordination, ensuring smooth operations and an organized workspace.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, address employee grievances, and resolve issues to maintain a positive work environment.
- Safeguard sensitive employee information by maintaining confidentiality and secure storage.
Skill requirement:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Organisational skills with attention to detail
Qualification:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Has an understanding of HR principles and practices
- Demonstrate professionalism and strong ethical conduct
- Can maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
