Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated HR Intern pursuing Human Resource Management to support our people-related initiatives. This role will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and coordination with Admin & Finance departments, offering a well-rounded experience in HR and organizational functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Support the onboarding and induction process for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Draft HR-related documents such as offer letters and internship agreements.
- Help in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
- Conduct basic research on HR practices and trends.
- Coordinate with the Admin team on office operations and logistics.
- Collaborate with the Finance department for HR-related payments and documentation.
- Provide day-to-day support for HR and administrative tasks.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Currently pursuing MBA/PGDM/Bachelor's in HR Management or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate across functions.
Eligibility
- Open to students currently in their final year of HR studies or recent graduates.
- Available for a full-time, 6-month internship (office-based).
Work Mode & Timings
- Work from Office (Vikhroli West, Mumbai).
- Timings: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
