Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Internship at IndiaLaw LLP in Mumbai (Fort). The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting with various day-to-day HR tasks, including supporting HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The intern will work closely with senior HR staff to gain hands-on experience in handling HR-related activities and contribute to the overall HR strategy of the firm.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Skills in Personnel Management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous internship or experience in HR is a plus
