Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Intern to join our team for a 4-month remote internship. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration, all within the fast-paced environment of an IT development company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including creating job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.

  • Maintain and update HR systems, databases, and employee records with accuracy.

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and enhancing workplace culture.

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing HR documents and reports.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Interest in human resources and understanding of basic HR principles.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
