
Inventory Manager/ Supply chain executive

Inventory Planning and Purchase Management : 40%
Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and lead time and past sales trend.
Inventory optimization to avoid overstock and stockout.
Implement inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and optimize turnover.
Maintain accurate records of inventory movements in the ERP (JDE , Kinaxis) or inventory management system.
Factory Coordination : 25%
Monitoring regular supply from factory and follow-up with factory for delayed deliveries.
Coordinate with factories for urgent material deliveries.
Follow up with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Monitor order status and proactively resolve delays or discrepancies.
Coordination with Sales and Product team : 25%
- Collaborate with the sales team / product management team to understand upcoming order demands and special
customer requirements.
Provide real-time updates on stock status, delivery timelines, and order progress.
Assist in planning promotions or launches by ensuring adequate stock availability.
Address customer inquiries and feedback related to order fulfilment and inventory
Monthly MIS Reports : 5%
Inventory aging
Stock out report
Open purchase orders
Long pending for confirmation from factories
