About the Role:

Bangalore Baptist Hospital -Community Health Division is seeking a dynamic and experienced Health Project Manager to oversee the implementation of a community health project based in DJ Halli, Bangalore. The role involves managing project planning, execution, data systems, reporting, documentation, and liaising with funders and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of the health project at DJ Halli in alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure effective execution of project activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and community-based stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning of the project.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data collection, analysis, and reporting systems.
  • Prepare regular project reports (narrative and financial) for internal use and for submission to donors/funders.
  • Ensure all project documentation is up to date and compliant with funder and organizational requirements.
  • Act as the primary liaison with funding agencies, partners, and government health departments.
  • Monitor project performance using logical frameworks and propose course corrections as needed.
  • Facilitate capacity-building and training activities for project staff and community health workers.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing community-based health projects, preferably in urban low-resource settings.
  • Proven experience in donor reporting, documentation, data monitoring, and project coordination.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Familiarity with the health ecosystem in Bangalore is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Kannada and English is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
