A global professional services firm with a strong shared services footprint across multiple Indian cities is seeking a Senior Internal Communications Specialist. The role sits within the Business Enablement vertical and drives strategic communication, change management, and stakeholder alignment across global offices.

You'll design and implement internal communication campaigns, support change management initiatives, DEI initiatives and ensure that messaging across intranet and employee channels is engaging, consistent, and aligned with leadership vision. This is a hands-on role involving global stakeholder management, project oversight, and mentorship of junior communication team members.

What You'll Do

  • Lead planning and execution of internal communication campaigns.
  • Manage intranet content to align with organizational communication strategies.
  • Support and lead change management initiatives with clear and transparent employee messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to drive employee engagement.
  • Develop communication materials such as newsletters, presentations, and leadership messages.
  • Manage communication project timelines and vendor deliverables.
  • Conduct campaign performance analysis and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Run employee surveys to gauge communication effectiveness and improve messaging.

What You Need To Qualify

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Master's degree or Project Management certification preferred.
  • 6+ years in internal or corporate communications.
  • Experience in shared services or global corporate environments preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive change management communications.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,600,000.00 per year
