Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager who will operate as an individual contributor to drive residential real estate sales. The ideal candidate must have a passion for client-facing roles, the ability to effectively explain project details, and a strong track record of closing deals through direct interaction and site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively generate and follow up on leads to identify potential buyers.
- Meet clients face-to-face to understand their requirements and provide detailed information about residential projects.
- Explain project features, location advantages, pricing, and return on investment to potential clients.
- Encourage and coordinate site visits, ensuring clients get a clear understanding of the project.
- Effectively convince and close deals by building trust and showcasing project benefits.
- Maintain updated knowledge of current inventory, project timelines, and competitive offerings.
- Work closely with the marketing and CRM teams to ensure smooth lead flow and timely follow-ups.
- Maintain strong post-sales relationships to build referral and repeat business.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in direct residential sales (Real Estate industry preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets as an individual contributor.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA is a plus.
