We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our interior design and fit-out business. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales and partnerships in the residential, commercial, and corporate interiors sector.

Key Responsibilities:l Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior design and fit-out industry.l Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, corporates, real estate developers, and individual clients.l Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and digital platforms.l Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure projects.l Collaborate with the design and project execution teams to ensure client satisfaction.l Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and contracts.l Track market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to strategize growth.l Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.l Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.l Maintain records of sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.Required Skills and Qualifications:

l Proven experience (3–6 years) in business development/sales in the interior design, fit-out, or construction industry.

l Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

l Strong client relationship management and networking abilities.

l Ability to understand client needs and translate them into business opportunities.

l Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

l Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms.

Education & Experience:

l Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.

l MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.

Work Conditions:l Location: Hebball Full-time role with travel for client meetings and site visits.l Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
