Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Software & Admin Intern to support both the engineering and operations teams in day-to-day activities. This is a hybrid role designed for someone eager to learn across multiple functions — from coding and automation to documentation, coordination, and process management.

You'll work on a mix of technical tasks (software development, testing, automation scripts, data entry, system maintenance) and administrative tasks (documentation, scheduling, follow-ups, reporting, and coordination) as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

Software / Technical Tasks:

  • Assist in writing, testing, and debugging scripts, tools, or backend/frontend components.
  • Help automate internal workflows, data collection, and reporting systems.
  • Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of internal services.
  • Document technical processes, architecture diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with developers to verify, validate, and maintain existing codebases.

Administrative / Operations Tasks:

  • Maintain records, documents, and trackers for ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate between teams for task updates and dependencies.
  • Prepare weekly status reports and meeting summaries.
  • Assist with onboarding, resource organization, and internal communication.
  • Support general administrative and operational duties as assigned by mentors or leads.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of software development (any language: Python, Go, JavaScript, etc.).
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple small tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, GitHub, Notion, or similar productivity platforms.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Basic Linux or command-line usage.
  • Knowledge of documentation tools (Markdown, Google Docs, Confluence, etc.).
  • Interest in automation, scripting, or DevOps workflows.
