Job Title: Marketplace / Growth / Strategic Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven professional to manage and grow our e-commerce marketplaces and D2C channels. The role involves end-to-end marketplace operations, driving revenue growth, implementing strategic initiatives, and optimizing customer experience. The ideal candidate will combine analytical thinking with operational excellence and strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace & Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end operations across multiple e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.) and D2C platforms.
- Manage product catalog, inventory planning, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales and margins.
- Monitor orders, returns, refunds, and customer service to ensure high-quality customer experience.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, logistics, and supply chain teams for smooth operations.
Growth & Revenue Optimization
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase marketplace and D2C revenue.
- Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and trend analysis to identify opportunities.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs.
- Plan and optimize campaigns, paid ads, and influencer partnerships for brand growth.
Strategic Planning & Analysis
- Analyze sales data, KPIs, and operational metrics to make data-driven decisions.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance, product) to implement strategic initiatives.
- Prepare reports and present insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of marketplace and growth specialists.
- Allocate work, set KPIs, and track team performance.
- Drive a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid campaigns
- Data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence (Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics)

- Vendor & partner management
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and operational efficiency
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹548, ₹700,000.00 per year
