Role Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Representative who will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and setting up high-quality meetings with potential clients in the US market. This role requires an individual with exceptional communication skills, unwavering integrity, and a drive to excel in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients in the US market who would benefit from 's solutions
  • Outbound Outreach: Conduct cold calls, send personalized emails, and leverage social media platforms to engage prospects
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and set up qualified meetings between prospects and senior sales team members
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and pipeline activities
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients and industry contacts
  • Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed monthly targets for meetings scheduled and qualified leads generated

Required Qualifications

Communication Excellence

Experience Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Previous experience in B2B sales or lead generation preferred
  • Experience working with US market clients is a plus
  • A background in technology or the SaaS industry is advantageous

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: ₹10,000 per month
