The platform includes a fully automated delivery mechanism for financial, healthcare, and commercial services, ensuring financial inclusion in rural, semi-urban, and urban areas.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Salem. The Area Business Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and support banking correspondents, develop and implement business strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising teams, monitoring performance metrics, and driving revenue growth. The role involves coordinating with financial institutions, resolving customer issues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Area Business Manager will also be responsible for market analysis and reporting.

  • Skills in team management, performance monitoring, and operational oversight
  • Strong business development and strategic planning abilities
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance and financial inclusion initiatives
  • Ability to analyze market trends and generate reports
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
